1. Pre-Inspection - Each rug is thoroughly inspected by one of our master rug cleaning specialists who will write instructions to his team for any special handling they need/require for each individual rug.
2. Removing Dust - It is very important that the soil and dust should be removed from both sides of the area rug before cleaning is carried out, dust and dirt removal is integral to our method of safe pre-cleaning.
3. De-Odourise - The rug will be submerged in a cold submersion bath with state of the art odour removal cleansing agents assuring you that a thorough rug cleaning is being performed.
4. Wash - Once all the odours have been removed the rug will be moved into our wash pit where gentle activation to remove any lodged soils will be carried out. 5. Rinsing - The Flushing of all the soils and cleaning agents is then carried out, this is so thorough it helps speed up the drying system. 6. Drying - Each rug is dried gently yet quickly in our controlled drying room. 7. Fringe Work - Final spotting to remove any foreign matter will be carried out with great consideration given towards the fibres and dyes. We do not bleach fringes as this will cause them to rot. 8. Buffing - Your rug will be gently hand buffed to restore its soft texture.
